EnVyUs and Virtus.pro traded maps (19-16 on Mirage for Virtus.pro and 16-11 on Cache for EnVyUs) in the last match of the day in ELEAGUE.
Day one of ELEAGUE's Group F came to a close with a nail-bitting clash between Virtus.pro and EnVyUs, two teams who had won their respective opening matches in Atlanta.
The first map, Mirage, began with Virtus.pro getting out to a quick 4-0 lead. Nathan "NBK-" Schmitt then rescued his team on a force buy with three kills, with that win eventually turning into a massive streak as EnVyUs won the next seven rounds. For the rest of the half, the teams traded blows, with the Frenchmen retaining their three-round lead before switching to the Terrorist side.
EnVyUs fought back after losing the opening map
The second half was highly contested from start to finish as teams basically took turns stringing rounds together. Virtus.pro would eventually hit 15 rounds but they let their lead slip as EnVyUs won the last two rounds to force overtime. After the end of regulation, Virtus.pro seemed like a renewed team as they gave up just one round before locking down the map 19-16.

Next up was Cache, where EnVyUs won the pistol round and the following anti-ecos to start off the game with a 3-0 lead. But once we entered the gun rounds, the impetus of the game changed dramatically as the Polish team won 10 of the following 12 rounds to take a significant lead going into the second half.
But EnVyUs came out of the break firing on all cylinders, winning eight rounds in a row as Virtus.pro struggled to find a way past their defensive setup. After calling a timeout, the Polish team would be able to get a round on the board, thanks to a triple kill from Jarosław "pashaBiceps" Jarząbkowski, but the Frenchmen hit back immediately after and took a 16-11 win to make sure that the teams remain level on points at the summit.
